Franchise Haulers

In order to haul debris within the limits of the City of Lincoln, a company must be registered as a franchise hauler with the City.

Franchisees must go through an approval process with City Council that begins with signing a Franchise Hauler Agreement. Once approved, haulers pay 10% of their gross quarterly hauling revenues to the City as a franchise fee.
