All individuals and companies doing business in the City of Lincoln need to have a business license in order to apply for a Fireworks Stand Permit
This Permit is valid only for the season.

To apply electronically: Fireworks Stand Permit Application
Or provide the completed Fireworks Stand Permit Application and mail or submit in-person to:
City of Lincoln Utility Billing Department, 1st Floor 600 6th Street Lincoln, CA 95648 Cash or check is acceptable. Check can be made out to “City of Lincoln”. |
Non-Profit Organizations 501 (c)(3) |

Please submit proof of non-profit business license along with the Fireworks Stand Permit Application. If you are NOT a non-profit organization, in addition to the Fireworks Stand Permit Application, you will need to apply for a business license. |
