Capital Improvement Projects (CIP's) are improvements to existing City facilities. CIP's are approved by City Council on a yearly basis as part of our annual budget process. These projects include:
- New roofs on City buildings
- New parks
- Repairing and replacing failing underground utilities
- Upgrading current facilities
- Street repair/rehabilitation
