Room Rentals
The Lincoln Public Library has several rooms that the community can rent. All room rentals are subject to the City's Master Fee Schedule, the Library Meeting Room Use Agreement, and the Library's Meeting Room Use policy.
How to rent a room |

Request the room |
Complete our Meeting Room Use Application and e-mail it to the Library. You can e-mail us by clicking the "Request this room" button on any of the room below. |
Review |
We will review your request and follow up with any questions. |
Approval |
If we approve your request, we will confirm the time and pricing with you. |
Submit payment and security deposit |
Submit your payment and security deposit in two separate checks within seven days. After seven days, we will release your requested time to other potential room renters. |
Submit insurance certificate |
Submit your insurance certificate at least seven days before your event. |

General rental information
- All rooms rentals must be paid for in advance.
- All room renters are required to provide a $250 security deposit, which will be refunded if the room is clean and undamaged after use.
- All room renters are required to provide insurance. Please see our insurance guidelines, included in our Meeting Room Rental Application.
- Set up and break down of the room is not provided by the library. Please include set up and break down times in your rental request, as access to the room is not provided outside of your reserved time.
- All A/V podiums are fixed features of the room and may not be moved. Moving the podium may result in damage to the A/V equipment and forfeiture of the security deposit.
The Fir Room
The Fir room is small meeting room ideal for groups of 5-20 people. It has a moderately flexible layout, with tables and chairs that can be rearranged.
Availability
The Fir room is only available during Library open hours.

Technology Center
The Technology Center is ideal for training mid-sized groups on the latest online tools. 15 computer stations, each seating up to two people, face a projector screen.
Availability
The Technology Center is only available during Library open hours.

The Willow Room
The Willow Room is large community room with an extremely flexible layout. The 15 tables and 65 chairs can be used to create numerous arrangements, including small groups and classroom style seating. The Willow Room has its own entrance and can be rented when the library is closed. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in the Willow Room.
