The Lincoln Public Library is proud to support the community by offering meeting room spaces for rent. For more information on the features of our different community rooms, please click on the images below.
Who can rent a room?
Any organization who is willing to comply to the Library Meeting Room Agreement and all other city and library policies or procedures are welcome to rent a room from the library, with the exception of those groups whose objectives are unlawful, hazardous, or promote dangerous activities.
Fees for using the Lincoln Public Library meeting rooms vary depending on the type of organization renting the room. There are four different organization types recognized by the Library:
- Contributing Service Organizations: Organizations that annually contribute volunteer time or money directly to the Lincoln Public Library.
- Non-Profit Groups: Organizations that can show proof of non-profit status
- Resident Groups: Organizations that do not meet the above criteria, but that can show proof of location within the City of Lincoln, Western Placer Unified School District, or an affiliation with Sierra College.
- Non-Resident Groups: Organizations that do not meet the above criteria.
A fee table for each room is featured on that room's page; a complete fee table can be found in the Meeting Room Use Agreement Packet.
